I don't know if I can include links in posts, but i'm putting one below for comparison between what SHOULD happen (and does on my desktop) and what IS HAPPENING on another computer I'm trying to setup iCloud on using a different apple account. Not even greyed out, it just doesn't exist. I want to set it up to download photos from my apple devices, but that option doesn't appear. I've uninstalled the app, I've made sure the computer is up to date, and I've restarted it a few times. iCloud won't even give me the options that it should. I can't seem to find anyone who has had an issue similar to what I'm having, I just keep finding the same unhelpful instructions on all the dozens of webpages I've visited. I just got the iCloud app from the Microsoft store (IDK why it's not available anywhere else, but that's another matter altogether).
